Recently I went for a walk on my own, to a large park near my house, and to my amazement I discovered whole new areas I hadn't been before. I must have previously always walked along the same route, or a variation of it, thinking there was nothing more to discover.
I took a different path and saw something colourful glittering atop an embankment, so I climbed it and found this strange, weathered but beautiful sculpture. It's shape reminded me of a child's drawing - it was fairly abstract but I saw flowers, turtles and dinosaurs in it.
It made me wonder what other parts of my small city I have yet to discover...
